Mercaz Membership

Mercaz is the heart of a vibrant and inclusive kehillah, where tradition meets innovation, and everyone is warmly welcomed. By contributing to Mercaz, you help strengthen the fabric of the Seattle Jewish community while creating meaningful opportunities for connection, learning, and celebration—for yourself and others.

Please note, the Chaver level is a way to commit to supporting Mercaz without becoming a member (e.g., from afar).

Your membership will be automatically renewed towards the beginning of each year unless you contact membership@mercazseattle.org to change your membership amount or let us know you no longer wish to be a Mercaz member..

The membership cycle for Mercaz follows the calendar year.  We typically bill membership prorated by quarter for the year of join. 

When you click submit, you will be prompted to enter a password to create an account that uses your email address as your username.  Later, you can associate this with your Google account directly inside of settings and enter more information about your family. The final page will take you to payments. 

After you log in, you can use Paypal to pay the lump sum or set up automatic recurring payments via Credit Card.   You can also choose to "Bill to my account" for the entire amount and then set up a payment schedule with your bank's bill pay to mail checks, mail paper checks, Zelle (fee-free), or use Paypal later once you receive your first payment notice via email to set up recurring payments via Credit Card.   Since PayPal charges us a fee, we provide the option for you to pay this fee (tax-deductible) up front so your entire payment goes to support Mercaz. Please email payments@mercazseattle.org for any further questions about payments.
